Your bedroom should be the most relaxing room in your home! The average person sleeps about 8 hours a night. 8 hours a day, multiplied by 7 days a week, and 52 weeks a year, equals... many hours of sleep!

The first thing is-you need to choose the perfect lighting. Some soft things will not be so harsh at night and during sleep. If overhead lighting must be used, a chandelier with a dimmer is a good choice. However, we prefer to use table lamps or floor lamps.
